Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Garments
All garments created by Irma Contreras Couture are custom-made or made to order and are therefore final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you experience an issue with the fit or construction of your garment, we will gladly offer one complimentary adjustment within a reasonable time after delivery. Any additional alterations may incur an extra fee.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs related to sending garments back for adjustments and for ensuring the item is packaged securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
